How to Order:

Step 1: Check our upcoming Butcher Dates

We are a small farm and have a limited number of beeves to produce each season. Please review our upcoming Butcher Dates so you can plan out your next order.

Step 2: Email us to let us know when and how much

Interested in securing your own half or whole beef? GREAT! Reach out to us and let us know you're interested and secure your spot today! Orders are first come, first serve.

Step 3: Secure your order via Deposit @A7fatcowsfarm

In order to lock in your order, we require a $100 deposit for half and whole beeves. Payment can be made via venmo, check, or cash.

Step 4: Fill out your custom cut-sheet

One custom cut-sheet can be prepared for each side of beef purchased. If buying a whole beef, two separate and independent cut sheets may be filled out. Follow this Link to our butcher's beef processing cut-sheet.

Step 5: Meat Meet

Coordinate with Farmer Dan to determine how to get your beef. All options require scheduling in advance. Options include:

  1. On farm pick up

  2. Delivery (includes additional fee based on mileage)

  3. Direct pick up from butcher

Final payment is due upon delivery. We will email an invoice once hanging weight is known from the butcher.
